Evidence Matters
New York City and much of the world are in shock. Fires
burn violently atop the two World Trade Centers as those trapped above the flames suffer fatal choices. First responders rush through city crowds and up the numerous flights of stairs within the two towers. Driven by the passion to rescue those trapped and injured, the responders do not quit. The city soon erupts into greater panic as the towers collapse, the South at 9:59 a.m. and the North at 10:28 a.m.
At the base of the two towers stands a small historic building, a building that will soon face the blasts of the two collapsing giants.
