The books are exciting reads, written with a fictional narrative but centered on truth. If you read only one book, choose the second- he recaps key points from the first book through the leading chapters of the second.

A primary source for information presented in The Secret War and A Cosmic Perspective is expertly brought to light in Michael Heiser's Book The Unseen Realm. Dr. Heiser presents objective data on biblical passages often overlooked in western culture. His in-depth writing assists readers in recovering the supernatural viewpoint of the Bible's authors. I spent a full month using it as a Bible study during the COVID-19 lockdowns; it challenged me. However, I could not refute his arguments using Scripture.
