Evidence Matters
Step 5: Gather intelligence
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. - James 1:5
Building on step four, gathering intelligence comes when we better understand the context in which the Scriptures were written. I first read the book The Unseen Realm during the lockdown of 2020. For me, many of the author's insights seemed unorthodox. Yet, the referenced Scriptures supported his insights, compelling me to continue. I researched, challenged, and tested many of these passages and teachings for seven months. On January 29, 2021, my Heavenly Father miraculously confirmed this research (more to come in a future section). Looking back, it's now apparent my errors in understanding certain Scriptures and how those errors limited my relationship with the Heavenly Father while minimizing my effectiveness in the eternal battle.
Applying 1 Thessalonians 5:21, I encourage you to test the insights from the following video and see if they hold true. Don't test the insights against what you were taught, but test them against Scripture; let the Scriptures and the Holy Spirit guide you into all truth (John 16:13).
Do you believe what's in your Bible?

Deceit is the false road to happiness; and all the joys we travel through to vice, like fairy banquets, vanish when we touch them. – Aaron Hill
