In the aftermath of 9/11, America committed to punishing the perpetrators, rebuilding our homeland, and increasing our intelligence and military capabilities. More importantly, America, identical to Judah, failed to repent and return to the Lord wholeheartedly. Churches filled up briefly with weeping, but the sincerity was not there or, at best, did not last.
